Pirates have hijacked another German cargo ship off the coast of Somalia, spokesmen for the German Foreign Ministry confirmed on Monday, adding that they had appointed a crisis team.
The German tanker Longchamp has been released two months after being hijacked by Somalian pirates, the Hamburg-based shipping company Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement announced on Saturday.
