Police in Germany arrested one of the most wanted fugitive members of the Basque separatist group ETA, Tomas Elorriaga Kunze, who is wanted for forgery and bomb-making, the Spanish government said.
The German government has told people planning to go to Mallorca on holiday this summer not to be scared off by the terrorist bombing which killed two policeman on Thursday.
