Jewish community leaders in Germany voiced fears Monday over a surge in support for the far-right AfD in a regional election Thuringia state, just weeks after an anti-Semitic attack.

It is very disturbing to see people have forgot the horrors the Nazi did. I once thought Germany was wise and open. Now I fear things have gone the other way. To give power to extremists is a dangerous path to follow.
