Once an expat, always an expat. If you’re not visiting family back home, you’re staying with friends in another hemisphere, or flying across the continent for that next conference or business meeting.

Luckily, now is the perfect time to fly because you can earn unlimited airmiles when you fly with British Airways (BA) through December 19th, 2014.

With winter holidays just a few weeks away, you may already be planning that family Christmas vacation, or searching for that perfect luxury hotel for New Year’s Eve.

And thanks to BA, all your jet-setting between now and then could make that trip almost free*.

Well, BA is offering extra airmiles called Avios when Executive Club members fly with BA or its partner airlines** through December 19th. And there’s no limit to how many Avios you can earn.

Every time you fly in first or business class on a longhaul flight, you’ll earn 30,000 bonus Avios on top of your normal mileage. If you choose premium economy class, you’ll still score an extra 15,000 Avios. The more you fly, the more you earn.

When you then book that vacation flight from Berlin to Barcelona, it will cost you just 15,000 Avios* for a return flight in economy. Paris to New York? That's 20,000 Avios* - already in your pocket after one longhaul business flight booked through BA's current campaign.

But of course, that’s not your only option. Avios can also be used to upgrade flights, stay at hotels, rent cars, or take a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. The choice is yours.

For anyone who’s not a member of British Airway’s Executive Club, the solution is simple: Join and benefit from the bonus yourself. Joining is free, and once you are registered all of your qualifying flights will be registered for bonuses automatically.

The offer applies for Executive Club members flying with British Airways or one of its partners** from now through December 19th, 2014. Click here for more details and to start earning your huge bonus Avios today.

*All reward tickets are subject to applicable taxes, fees and surcharges that need to be paid by the Executive Club member.

**Qualifying flights are (i) flights with a BA prefix on a BA long-haul operated service (ii) flights with a BA, AA, IB or AY prefix on transatlantic flights operated by American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, Finnair or US Airways between the EU, Norway, Switzerland and North America, Mexico and Puerto Rico (iii) OpenSkies services from Paris Orly to Newark or New York JFK; in the following cabins: British Airways First, Club World, World Traveller Plus; OpenSkies Biz Bed, Prem Plus; American Airlines First class, Business class; Iberia Business Plus, Finnair Business class.
