But these informal events, from musical performances to pitched battles, fashion shows to protests, happen all the time across the country.
The Local List features wig-wearing protesters singing Abba, hundreds of dancers invading a station, a radio orchestra hiding in a market square and phalanxes of umbrella-armed warriors.
