Berlin-Hamburg train route re-opens after fire

Trains are running once again between Berlin and Hamburg after workers cleared the rail lines Saturday evening following a suspected arsonist fire on the tracks.
Brandenburg investigators are not ruling out a link between the fire and the protests against the nuclear waste Castor transport headed for Gorleben.
The fire was discovered near Karstädt in the Prignitz area in Brandenburg and was set in a cable trench, authorities said.
The latest findings follows numerous arsonist fires set in Berlin and Brandenburg this year.
