A theatre and hotel - yours for €750,000

With 14 three-star guest rooms, a restaurant kitchen and a beer garden for 120 guests, ‘Hotel Altes Theater’ in Heilbronn, north of Stuttgart, is ready for business. Home to one of the biggest inland ports in Germany, the town has thriving industry and trade, making it a good place to set up shop.

But regardless of whether the property’s new owners decide to re-launch it as a hotel or a theatre – or both - the building offers many possibilities. Built in 1807 and last renovated in 1993, the old theatre already enjoys a good reputation for its intimate and varied private productions.
