Germany expects 'week of Spring' as sun shines again
Germany is experiencing a touch of Spring this week. Temperatures might even get as high as 17 degrees in parts of the country on Tuesday.
Advent hasn't even started, so you could forgive Germans if they don't pack away their gloves, scarves and Glühwein stocks just yet.
But there are signs that the wintry weather could be in retreat for a brief period.
Temperatures in Munich reached double digits on Monday, and are expected to do the same on Tuesday and Wednesday.

But it's not just the Bavarian capital that will be basking in a spring-like temperatures.
The rest of Bavaria and southern Germany will also be soaking up some rays over the next few days.

And the South won't have a monopoly on all that warmth on Tuesday, with temperatures in the North peaking at 15 in Hanover.

In the Alpine foothills on the same day, it could even reach 17 degrees, so make sure to take your deodrant with you on your strenuous mountain walk.

On Wednesday temperatures across the whole country are expected to remain extremely mild - between 8 and 15 degrees - that's 10 degrees warmer than is usual for this time of year.
Mild temperatures will continue through the week, with chances of 15 degrees in parts of the Alps on Thursday.
So cast off your winter coat, go for a stroll and soak up the rays.
Because by Friday the weather should return to its usual chilly November norm, with temperatures dropping to between 1 and 6 degrees across the country.
It will be time to wrap up warm again before you know it.

It's been a freezing November in much of Germany up until now, with two considerable helpings of snow having already fallen.

And Germans were given a second chance to update their Instagram accounts with snowy selfies two weeks ago.
So take advantage of the springlike conditions over the next few days while you still can.
