Tourist beaten up and robbed in Berlin
A tourist is in hospital after being beaten up and robbed in Berlin on Thursday night.
The 55-year-old man was attacked on Courbierestraße in Schöneberg, west Berlin by two unknown men, police said on Friday morning.
The two men asked the German tourist for the time and then they both grabbed him and took his watch and money.
They then went to leave, but returned, threw the tourist to the floor and started kicking him.
The man’s legs were badly injured and he has undergone surgery.
