Summer set to return to Germany

Forecasters are predicting a return to summer temperatures for much of Germany later this week despite the chilly autumnal weather seen in the first days of September.
Summer highs of 30C could return to some areas of the country by the end of the week, meteorologists from the German Weather Service (DWD) said.
Despite a cooler weekend and start to the week, forecasters believe that autumn has not quite arrived yet with temperatures hotting up as the week progresses.
