German bunny-based phrases for Easter

With Easter just around the corner, we’ve taken the opportunity to connect two of our favourite things – the German language and bunnies - This week’s Local List hops through a brace of rabbit-based sayings.
Rabbits often show up in German turns-of-phrase, used to describe everything from a sexy lady to a meat-loaf dish so we decided to see how many we could find.
So in the spirit of new life and all things spring, take a look through our list, ‘aww’ at some of the pictures and maybe learn a little about German along the way.
