Lucky she had a pony and not a bike - then she would have been in real trouble. Obviously the workers for BVG still have no common sense.
Seriously though, a bit dangerous taking a pony on the train. Wouldn't like to be there if the poor thing freaked out.
Would have been more fun if she had responded that "service animals are not required to have a ticket!" Now THAT would have been something to see.
