Guess what. Almost every society around believes that, and we, as humanity, need to get over it. We haven't learned, even yet. I almost hate to point this out, but given the situation it might be worth making the comparison. At one time in Germany there was a belief that another group of people in Germany caused problems too. Supposedly they "looked different" too. The story was that they had big noses. At that time, in truth, it was the "Germans" who caused the problems. We ALL need to get over our differences, and celebrate our common humanity.

Although I was born in Germany, I am still rather an immigrant in the sense I only returned around ten years ago. I still can have problems at the Ausländerbehörde just like anyone else, but among Germans I do not. Not that I tried to avoid non-Germans, but the people I happened to live with and be around were all German, and actually from an older generation (40s and up to 80s). I admit when I move in more culturally mixed parts of Berlin, for example, I can experience some of the feelings Germans have expressed: Turkish children behaving rudely, nastily, arrogantly, and others ethnicities being loud, aggressive and boorish.
Some citied N. Americans, Australians, etc. as being a more acceptable kind of immigrant in general, and I agree, but they too can distinctly stand out because of attitudes and behavior. I think these are just more focused on, I've seen Germans, especially younger ones, doing the very same...but what they do is rationalized or excused. Foreigners are a _________. Add your term. Many would write in "problem." They don't differentiate, or either they do so along racial lines.

Germany is a meeting point for natives from Mid East , Asia (and Africa, at a certain extent) . Then the right query might be : would Germs (or westerners) be as well integrated in these communities countries of origin? Probably not. Why?... Simply because the acceptance of the other as such seems to be diminished in those landscapes. Middle-East and a part of Asia seem to displaying the most less broad-minded behaviors.
Last but not least, the migrants attitude towards their host country. By the intensity of its violence, the riot in Paris (later on London) has left a tarnished image of immigrants. Let us consider the following : a host is in her house waiting for her guest to come... Whom between the two is likely to accommodate to the other? The guest. Well then, will a visitor prompt her host country to adapt to her fashion and customs? Of course not. The common sense learns to accommodate oneself with one¦#39;s hosts¦#39; principles ; because the inverse wouldn¦#39;t be correct.
2.The Host
Integration is a long process, this process is often much more tardy between groups of different cultural background. However, failure in social integration usually occurs when folks do not compete on equal terms. To belong to foreign group does not deprived one¦#39;s right to equally compete in the national scene. Since native so well foreign citizens contribute with their coin to the headway of the society a chance to success should be given to all through the access to workstations reserved for each meritorious qualified workforce.
In this regard, Afro-Europeans appear to be worse off than other social groups.
Furthermore, some attitudes are common to human societies. In lean seasons local groups may become suspicious towards migrant ones, they regard them as the source of the dry season that is plaguing the living.
Such feeling can trigger unfriendly behaviors towards outsiders and disfavors thereby integration. The absence of integration is the core of conflicts and the cause of brake to individual progress.
This said, natives and foreigners in Germany ought realize that integration is nothing but another giving-and-taking relationship. Get together and enjoy Merry Christmas!
You can't build a first world country with third world people.
Islam is foreign to Europe and has no place here.
Forget the 'integration' bs there's no need for it.
'Multi-kulti'=Volkstod
Turkey for the Turks, Egypt for the Egyptians, China for the Chinese, Nigeria for the Nigerians, Brazil for the Brazilians, China for the Chinese, Germany for everybody and anybody.... makes sense, right????
Hold up : first world country? You¦#39;re day dreaming, daddy, should get up.
Are you Germ? I suppose you are. Well, take it , because apparently you are up and about : your country also is outdoors knocking on the third world people doors -gravy or not Germany/Germs are making beefy money overseas at the Arabs, Sub-saharan Africans, Yugos, Russians, the Chinese… then here you are yelling out people stranding on your door?! So get out others countries too, right?
Are they home because of the your generous money ?...Well, want it, get it : they receive nothing for free , Herr(spell it right, I guess)…Quest your finance minister and get ready how much fat bucks your country get from the inter com and UE for hosting immigrants. No free of charge grants, hit libraries and collect facts before gossip. Foreigners are paying for their living by purchasing-and-getting transactions, doing so they are paying taxes to country too.
Please breath: lucky here, not living in your world first country and will ever settle there either, do not need it. So no more jerks, cool down. By the way, Merry Christmas ! Friendly .
German corporations make alot of money exporting high end manufactured goods all over the world, that much is true. I imagine there are alot of corportations partly owned by German stockholders doing business/investing all over the world as well. Besides this I'm not sure what you mean by your 'beefy money' statement... Germans certainly aren't immigrating by the hundreds of thousands or millions into any of the countries you mentioned.
As for the EU, the German taxpayers contribute vastly more to this 'system' (for want of a better word) than it receives... and I'm not even counting the fact that they always are the official lender of last resort when the banking cartel that basically runs the EU sets up another 500 billion euro bailout fund for whoever needs it.
You really think that people arriving in Germany without any real job skills and zero command of the language don't sap the system?? 'Foreigners pay for their living by purchasing and getting transactions' ?? What is that even supposed to mean??
1. Purchasing--getting : to get an item one has to buy it, In clear terms, you have to buy in order to get a s.thing. This action is a transaction sailor-buyer in between, and by purchasing one pays taxes to the state that is you are doing, so do migrants/foreigners in your country too. All right? Clear.
2. Beefy money= a lot of money
This said, let us get on your insert. Investing? Putting in 1 buck getting away with a thousand, call it investing? Dear, to be honest your land could be among the the triggers of their misfortunes. Moreover, you paved the way brutally and run on those foreigners and the migrants in your country, looking down on them as half humans, that is plain wrong. They enter your country by knocking on the door as visitors/asylum seekers whereas you are entering the countries by breaking in and looting, then here we are, trying to play holy...come on, buddy! You showed off yourself but felt into nothingness. So please do not misbehave furthermore; act like a gent, this forum is clean from fiddlesticks spotted in your post. Agree to differ courteously. Well, let us act wisely and make the world a better place to live in. Once again, Merry Christmas to all in you guys in Deutschland !

In fact Australia has a large number of German immigrants and we have found that they are generally very good and helpful neighbours whose ethics and behaviour fully conforms to our expectations and ethics.
I have had numerous neighbours of German descent and immigrants and would prefer them to many other European / global nationalities at present besieging our borders !
