Now it is all clear, Johnny was drunk sitting on the bench, his friends went to call a cab, they return and the perps are kicking and punching the crap out of the defenseless Johnny, This guy (Onur) hits one of Johnny's friends that is trying to stop the violence towards his buddy but the guy only punches the friend trying to help, he knows nothing as to what is happening on the ground to Johnny, he stated it was a matter of honor not to hit a guy on the ground, but as he said he did not know what was going on there with Johnny, the person on the ground getting the life kicked out of him, must have been invisible and that is why he did not know what was going on with Johnny.
Germany 2.5 per million Turkey 184 per million
These statistics speak volumes, but maybe the political correctness police will have these stats taken down.
As Merkel said "the beginning of the 60s our country called the foreign workers to come to Germany and now they live in our country, We kidded ourselves a while, we said: 'They won't stay, sometime they will be gone', but this isn't reality, And of course, the approach [to build] a multicultural [society] and to live side-by-side and to enjoy each other... has failed, utterly failed."

As Merkel should have said "Watch out for those The Local readers...."
The Labor recruitment was planned for the Compensation of the current account deficit with Countries like Yugoslavia,Italy,Spain,Portugal.
For Countries like Turkey,Tunesia and Morokko they had a different Regulation.Wich was on a 2 Years rotating basis, only for unmarried Workers without a Family reunion,Medical examination and an aptitude test,Workers should only come from the European regions of Turkey. An upper limit on the stay of 2 years has been committed, precluded an extension.
Labor Minister Theodor Blank refused because he assumed that cultural and religious distance between "guest workers" and local people could be resulting conflicts.
The main reason was that for the time was no need for Turkish workers, as the pool of unemployed Germans from less regions had not yet been adequately exploited. Due to the external pressure from the United States, which wanted to stabilize the geo-strategically motivated inclusion of Turkey into NATO this country economically, took over the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs - instead of the originally competent Ministry of Labour - the negotiations with the Turkish Republic. At the conclusion of the agreement were the foreign policy goals of NATO and the domestic political and economic targets in Turkey in the foreground. In particular, anticipated a decline in Turkey.
Turkey's high unemployment figures, which were caused by a permanent over-lying the economic growth of population growth.(Source Wiki poorly translated by me).Since then the Turks demanded new rules such as unlimited residency, residence permit for family members incl.social benefits.Seen from a human standpoint quiet understandable.Everybody thought they will be someday a integrated citizen of Germany or the second and third Generation. But they keep their ties and connections to Turkey over the integration process, with Television, Newspaper and the Internet. And Turkey is benefiting from this situation quite well.
