Unborn baby causes car smash

An unborn baby girl gave her German mother such a sharp kick in the belly that the woman lost control of her car, left the road and crashed, writing off the vehicle.

Swiss police said the woman was driving along a country road near Basel, Switzerland, when the sharp kick in her side caused her such pain that she lost control of the car.
She veered off the road, hit a lamppost, causing the car to turn on its side and career into a garden fence where it came to a halt.
The car was so badly damaged that a passer-by had to help the woman get out through the boot of the car.
She was slightly injured and taken to hospital for checks – the baby was perfectly alright, which is more than can be said for the car.

On the other hand, if the GOP in the US had their way, and the unborn child was declared a person, the State would be obligated to charge the unborn infant...a person by definition...with causing the accident. I'm not real clear on exactly how you serve said perpetrator, but I'm sure those are just details that can be worked out. I do, however, believe the defense lawyer would have a good case that she is not capable of assisting in the preparation of a defense.
Sorry, but that whole thing has reached the point of ridiculousness, and...well, yeah.

Perhaps you've seen additional information elsewhere, but this article does not speak to how far along she was, so there is no reason to assume she shouldn't have been driving. Pregnancy is a condition, not a disability. Assuming nothing abnormal is going on, women can regularly carry on with life, doing most things right up the time of delivery. Driving is not usually a difficult task unless the woman simply cannot comfortably fit in a particular vehicle. Infants usually don't kick as much in the final month or so, simply because they no longer have the room to move, so she might well be months away from delivery.

Why was it removed, what part about it was in breach of any rules??
This is not the first time lately that I have had things removed. It would appear that we have a couple of people without a sense of humour that take offence at the smallest things.
So just as a warning to you all, apparently, BBQ, tongues and maglite are extremely offensive words to some small minded self important ................ (insert any word of your choice as I would hate to offend again......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
