A young man in Bavaria who reportedly forgot to take his medication taunted a group of Hells Angels at their clubhouse over the weekend by dropping his pants, throwing a puppy at the bikers, and then making his getaway in a stolen front loader.

Random events involving people with mental illness occur all over the world and are certainly not limited to the U.S. He neglected to take his meds for depression, although it seems like his diagnosis should be far more complex and serious than depression, especially since he was capable of treating an animal so cruelly. Hopefully, now he will receive an accurate diagnosis and get the medical attention he desperately needs.
