Couple evicted for having loud sex

A couple in Zwickau in the German state of Saxony has reportedly been evicted from their apartment for being too loud while having sex.

The daily Bild reported on Monday that the couple’s neighbours had lodged repeated noise complaints for exceptionally loud sex noises that kept them up at night.

“The frequency and tremendous volume of their screaming and moaning can be heard in the entire house and it's become a no longer acceptable nuisance,” the landlord explained in the couple’s eviction notice.

The 25-year-old man Michael Krug, his similarly aged partner Nicole Kühn and their two small children must now leave the apartment by mid-April, the paper reported.

"Of course we're louder than other people," Kühn told Bild. "We have long-lasting and good sex - enjoying ourselves basically."

Fortunately the randy couple has apparently already found a new place to live with much thicker walls than their current flat.

Look out for the tax man comith. Loud sex in Germany, what a sin. With such a low German children birthrate, this couple must be the American. Hahahaha

A perk of a childless relationship. ...not the getting evicted part of course.

These days we gotta nearly mime having sex *sigh*

The photo is from a Woody Allen movie (that's him). I think it's, "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex, But Were Afraid to Ask". (1972).

Sounds like Munich is getting it on but the rest of the country is abstinent. Must be the beer. Javoil

"Kühn and their two small children must now leave the apartment." Wow, this is no joke. Kühn's MySpace page ("DarkAngel") currently bears the message, "Suche dringend nette hilfsbereite Menschen, die uns am Samstag beim Umzug helfen könnten!"

This, in my opinion, has less to do with `sex` and everything to do with `Noise`. No apartment dweller has the right to extend his living space beyond the four walls for which he is paying rent, sonically or otherwise. Hence if this noise making has been a repeated offense they must be evicted in my opinion. Living in an apartment building carries with it certian responsibilities, including not disturbing you neighbors.
