German-born criminal to be deported to Turkey

A German-born Turkish man with a string of criminal convictions can be deported to Turkey, even though he has never lived there and only speaks broken Turkish, a court has ruled.

The man could be expected to continue to commit crimes, the judge ruled. And although his deportation is a massive encroachment on his ‘personal, economic and social relationships’, it can be undertaken in the German public interest.
The man first came to the attention of the authorities when he was just 11, after missing school and then beating up his classmates. In April 2005 he was first jailed on two counts of grievous bodily harm and a sexual offence. Further convictions followed, of violence, making threats, theft and possession of drugs.
He was sentenced to two years and nine months in prison, where he seemed to flourish, completing his school certificate and starting a carpentry course. But when he was released in February 2007, he again went off the rails, the court heard, failing to meet his probation officer, and taking drugs. In July 2008 he was again convicted of causing grievous bodily harm and has been in prison since this April.
The court decided that the man could be deported to Turkey, with the judge noting that he spoke broken Turkish and saying he was not ‘integrated’ into German society.

Germany doesnt BELONG to Germans. Not necessarily. Although yes Germans belong in Germany but as we foreigners come to Germany and find it as our home and respect the laws here..you are allowed to do that too. Be open. Have a big heart =)
Anyway, on the topic, i think the court's decision was good.
Having said that I do agree with the courts decision if he doesn't have German natioanality, it is a risk he took breaking the law of the land which he considered didn't belong to.
On another note, when people talk of parasites sitting on their ass and claim benefits, of all the foreigners that I know they all work and pay taxes for many Germans to sit on their ass and claim benefits. The fact that these real German parasites can vote in the national election yet the tax paying European foreign nationals can't is the biggest discriminatory factor that hinders a sense of belonging.

Sorry I am an American and we have our own immigration problems. but I hope this comment was from non native of Germany. You don't let thieves rob your home to let "nature takes it course" Why would you let people flood in and colonize your country. Don't you understand your position you will be in when you are not the majority anymore? As a Christian or secular European, can you freely move to a Moslem country and claim it as your country? Not a chance.
