The world's largest bratwurst restaurant - The Bratwurst Röslein in the heart of Nuremberg combines Franconian tradition with a delightfully cosy atmosphere. The building dates from 1431 and is situated in the centre of Nuremburg's old quarter. The restaurant now offers good traditional Franconian fare as well as cuisine which is fresh and light. The dining areas provide a popular venue for locals, celebrities and people from all round the world.
