why are you all so upset with this plagiarism issue, you know you need a PHD for the job, so the smart ones borrow one that passed the test turn it in and go on,, the real question is could and did she do a good job,, if she was smart enough to not have wasted her time on some stupid dissertation that no one reads anyway,,

Nevertheless, to do nothing at all may cause less harm than what is now being done in the German Bundestag. In the end, none of them are held responsible or have to pay for the damage they have caused.
