Karl-Theodor Maria Nikolaus Johann Jacob Philipp Franz Joseph Sylvester Freiherr von und zu Guttenberg would probably make a better foreign minister, as he appears to be a good example of a modern german renaissance politician who lives in a castle and has an absolutely smokin' wife who's the great-great-granddaughter of Otto von Bismark.
Also, gotta love that non-sequitur about Westerwelle's lack of foreign experience obviously making him suitable to run the finance ministry! Just how modern politics works now.
The finance minister has a much more powerful but certainly much more thankless position.
