Sweden's Migration Minister Morgan Johansson has urged refugees in northern Germany to stay put, after declaring that the Nordic nation is now unable to guarantee beds for all asylum seekers.

On October 29th 1918, the First World War was all but over - but German Navy ships were due to launch one final assault on the British fleet. The German government knew nothing about it, and the sailors were against it. This doomed assault would spark a revolution that brought the German Empire crashing down.

German scientists have challenged conventional wisdom on the crash site of the MH370, the Malaysia Airlines plane missing since March 2014, suggesting the search is being conducted in the wrong place.

Authorities in Kiel announced on Friday that four Second World War bombs on the site of a school had been defused in double-quick time.
