I would assume (with the cheapness) that they are DEAD horses! taken from a dump or something.. otherwise, why would they do that! horses are more expensive that cows.. think about it before you order dude!
Eat all the horses you like but selling horse meat as beef is fraud.
Consumers have the right to know what they're buying and eating!
