"Let's be realistic..." we're all "Roma" to the super-rich.
Our slobbish ways have forced the super-rich to build perimeter walls around their dwellings, to deploy guard-dogs and security guards to keep us out.
Our recklessness and base ways make them live in a parallel world, dare I say parallel culture.
Who has the spine to tackle the middle-class?
PS - Comments are welcome from The Staff of the super-rich.
[it's called irony]
A Roma family lives in the appartment house where I live. No problems with them. Even the 4 year old daughter can talk german, while the older ones mostly talk gibberish. Though I doubt anyone of them has a legal job.
Not much has changed with gypsies for the last 500 years. Crime goes up when they move in.....
To be honest, Liberalism appears to be some sort of "Psychological Poison."
Standards. How nice to have more than one.
And so are the Roma. So what's your point?
In recognition of the WW2 Holocaust (30 million Slavs, Jews and Gypsies killed) Germans adopted a post-Holocaust C4A (CAAAA) Protocol involving Cessation of the killing, Acknowledgment of the crimes, Apology, Amends and Assertion "never again to anyone".
Unfortunately the Merkel Government is grossly violating this by participation in the ongoing, US-imposed Afghan Holocaust and Afghan Genocide (post-invasion violent deaths 1 million, post-invasion non-violent deaths from deprivation 3.5 million, post-invasion under-5 infant deaths 2.4 million - 90% avoidable and due to US Alliance war crimes - and 3-4 million Afghan refugees with a further 2.5 million Pashtun refugees generated in NW Pakistan ).
Fortunately Merkel & Co have some sense of history and draw the line at deportation of Gypsies.
The Zionist Sarkozy-backed and racist Zionist (RZ)-backed US imperialists are the genocidal successors of the Nazis - post-invasion violent deaths and non-violent excess deaths associated with the Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide and Afghan Genocide now total 0.3 million, 2.5 million and 4.5 million, respectively, and refugees total 7.5 million, 5-6 million and 3-4 million, respectively.
Viviane Reding was correct to draw Nazi analogies with the Gypsy-violating policies of the racist Zionist and war monger Sarkozy running New Vichy France. Boycott France until it dumps Sarkozy and re-joins decent Humanity - "never again to anyone" and especially not to Roma.
my point is in the last line of what i wrote: dual standards for looking at essentially identical "anti-social" behaviour when committed by a local ethnic group as opposed to by a visibly non-native group. i am not talking about racism however nobody can deny that (despite the integration of the EU) xenophobia in Europe is alive and well.
I'm mildly gratified to see that you are snarky with everyone with whom you disagree and not just with me. I assume that you are also non-German, because Germans have mastered the art of passive aggression whereas you are actively aggressive, a tactic that befits the self-deluded and ill-informed. You wear your bigotry like a badge of honor. A tea party awaits your inspiring presence somewhere in the Scottsdale area. Until you get there, by all means avoid those nasty buses in Rome where all those thieving Gypsies lay in wait to snatch your valuables. It won't be long before old Europe is cleansed of all the undesirable elements and it will be once again safe for white Christians.
The staff should be asking itself why it attracts such awful people. Why crypto-Nazi apologists find there way to this website so often.
Were it not for the Nazis, it would likely be OK today to block unskilled migrants from entering a country simply because they would be a drain on the economy and lower the standard of living for all. It would also be OK to deport illegal immigrants, even large numbers of them. But because of the Nazi excesses, virtually no one, except for the most far out wing nuts, want to be accused in even the most remote indirect way of being like mined with the Nazis. It is the ultimate in political incorrectness which in turn causes clouded judgement.
Point in case.
Point in case.
You argue that the activities that defined the Nazis should be largely (though not in excess, I'm assuming you don't advocate pulling guns on immigrants trying to get in?), whilst disavowing the Nazis. That's pretty much the definition of crypto-Nazi.
It's not a matter of political correctness, you want to enact policies that defined the Nazis. This isn't like the Autobahn project, that could have been done by anyone, hell similar things were done with Bismark and the royals. The scariest thing is, is that your argumentation is almost word-for-word what Hitlers was. Maybe you should read up a little more on the Nazis and reexamine your political faith (it can be called little else, considering it obviously relies on no evidential experience).
Please explain how not wanting unskilled immigrants and deporting those who sneak in illegally is thinking like the Nazis? The Nazis would put them in a death camp.
Well, according to the Nazis the Poles were in Germany illegally as were the Romani and Sinti. Any Jew was considered inferior unskilled (could do no real labour) and, at heart, 'illegitimately' in Europe. This is why the Nazis moved the Jews and the Poles out in the beginning.
That you don't see the connection between Nationalism and the Nazis is perhaps a result of you never having really read up on them. Nazism is no extreme form of Nationalism, it is unadulturated Nationalism.
I really suggest you read Hitler's biographer Ian Kershaw. He's the definitive goto about things such as this.
Almost all extremes are bad, including extremes to the political left. Shall I compare you with Stalin who murdered an estimated 30 million people in the purges of the 1930s because they were not thinking "correctly" and were a perceived threat? Its just as insulting as when you compare me to Hitler. I expect most Nazis believed the sky was blue. Does that mean I should consider the sky green? People like yourself are always in tune with what is considered acceptable even if it ignores fact. If you grew up in Germany during the 1920s and 30s, you would have most certainly been the most ardent Nazi because you are a slave to political correctness and do not think for yourself.
Stay on point, don't change the subject because you can't defend yourself. We weren't talking about Uncle Joe.
Anways, to the point, you apparently didn't even read what I wrote, I did not compare you to Hitler. I called you a crypto-Nazi because you advocate many of the policies the Nazis were defined by, advocating for immagrants from only certain places and deporting any undesirables (the colour of the sky has nothing to do with what made the Nazis who they were, pretending that it is so is just idiotic).
I can't say what I would have been in the 20s or 30s, I don't think you can either. What I know right now, is that you advocate Nazi policies and try to cover up the connection, crypto-Nazi, is the term for that.
