Germany’s federal police have taken the unusual step of putting up posters in Afghanistan warning of a German terrorism suspect thought to be hiding in a lawless tribal region, magazine Der Spiegel reported Sunday.

Reality check: "Jan Sch" will be on al-jazeera (within the week) getting his head cut off...
That description fits to a few thousand people in the area. The word "armed" definitely does.
One could also write "as usual" instead of that.
Did they put up a reward? I seriously doubt that the ordinary afghan will want to risk his neck for some worthless handshake and smile of some german politician.
