Smoking Cinema

As part of the Music and Politics Festival, White Trash screens two films about East German rock bands in the 1980s and 1990s. Dieter Schumann's "Flüstern und Schreien - Ein Rockreport" explores the DDR's underground music scene, while Carl G. Hardt's "Achtung! Wir Kommen" follows a group of bands on a journey through Russia and France, after the fall of the Wall. St. Petersburg band Dr. Bajan takes the stage at midnight.
