In this Berlin restaurant you can listen to live guitar music every night while you are eating one of Berlin’s finest American style burgers. The White Trash is part restaurant, part basement club and part live music venue, and is a true Berlin institution. It has a long history and like many creative projects it started out in a bombed-out artists’ house with the idea of cooking for friends and listening to good Rock’n Roll Music. The crowd here is always mixed; you’ll find hipsters sitting next to Asian tourists and tattooed bikers sitting next to businessmen. So what is the secret of White Trash Fast Food? How did its mix of live music and dinning become so popular? We carried out an interview with one of their crew to find out the secret behind this Berlin gem.
