A biker gang in Cologne decided to save themselves a trip on Sunday night by having a mass brawl right in front of a hospital.

The fight broke out in front of the Holy Ghost Hospital in Longreich when between 20 and 30 Hells Angels members rode up to the hospital's main entrance and attacked a group of six bikers who had just been kicked out of the hospital by police.

Die Welt reported that the rival bikers targeted by the Hells Angels had allegedly been visiting one of their number who was being treated there.

Police later detained three of the bikers for attempting to escape arrest.

The police believe that the bikers were all members of the same gang.

It is unclear is whether the theological confusion of Hells Angels being treated at a clinic belonging to the holy trinity led to the ruckus, or whether the gang simply wanted to save themselves the hassle of delivering bloodied companions to the hospital door.
