Lincoln, Steven Spielberg’s latest tour de force, stars Daniel Day-Lewis in a standout performance as the titular American President. The film, which follows the last four months of Lincoln’s life as he struggles to get the Thirteenth Amendment passed by Congress, has garnered widespread critical acclaim.

It has been nominated for 12 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director for Spielberg and Best Actor for Day-Lewis. A riveting historical drama, Lincoln offers a compelling look at one of the most important moments in American history and a powerful portrait of one of its most famous figures.
